Shipping Policy

1- Order processing time

All of our orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Once the order has been shipped and received by the carrier, we will send you a tracking code through which you can track your package and know the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 12-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

 

2- Changes of delivery address

If you wish to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new delivery address. Once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer change the delivery address.

 

3- Shipping methods, costs and delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and delivery time.

We provide two shipping rates:

  • For a purchased item, the shipping costs are €3.99 including tax.
  • For a basket with a value greater than or equal to 120€ including tax, the shipping costs are free (0€ including tax)

Please note that these delivery times may be longer if your order is placed during busier periods, such as the approach of Christmas or the Sales period.

 

4- Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship your order to an unreachable country.

Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for delivery to an incomplete or incorrectly informed address.

 

5- Packages damaged, lost or missing during transport

If you suspect that your package is lost or missing during transit, please contact us by email at: akurate.group@gmail.com. We may contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed disappeared, we will send you a new one for free or give you a full refund.

If your package arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide you with a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

6- Returns and refunds

6.1 Return due to change of mind

Akurate gladly accepts returns for change of mind, as long as the request is received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item.

The item must be returned to us in its original packaging, unopened and unused.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as your refund.

6.2 Warranty Returns

Akurate provides 30 days warranty.

If you wish to make a warranty claim, it must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the package.

Return postage will be prepaid by the customer, but we will refund you once the warranty claim is successful.

Upon receipt of the package containing the products for the warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
